Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we are a prepaid-only store. We accept all major online payment methods at checkout.
Are the prices listed in INR?
Yes, all prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping starts at ₹80. The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
What if my package is lost in transit?
In the rare event of a lost package, we will either resend the item or issue store credit. Please reach out to us at hey@akyacurates.com.
Can I ship to an institution or office address?
Yes, but delivery to institutions (offices, hostels, etc.) is at the buyer’s risk. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not offer cash refunds. Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 3 days of receiving the shipment
- Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Are earrings returnable?
No. All earring purchases are final sale for hygiene reasons.
What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
Please report any defects within 48 hours of delivery with an uncut unboxing video as proof. We’ll arrange a repair where possible, or issue store credit.
How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?
All our pieces are crafted from stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating, unless otherwise specified. Select pieces are also available in silver-tone settings.
Is your jewellery waterproof and tarnish-resistant?
Yes! Our stainless steel pieces are waterproof and anti-tarnish, making them suitable for everyday wear.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, our stainless steel jewellery is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
What sizes do your rings come in?
All our rings are adjustable unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, making them suitable for most finger sizes.
How should I care for my jewellery?
- Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and chlorinated water.
- Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box provided.
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after use.
